CANCEL

if you need to cancel or make any changes to your appointment, please do so no less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours prior to scheduled time will result in a forfeiture of 100% of service payment total.

NO - SHOW

if you completely miss your appointment, you will forfeit 100% of your booked service. Appointments cancelled during or after your scheduled appointment will be considered a no-show.

GRACE PERIOD

if you are running late to your appointment, non-responsive to calls/texts, the artists reserves the right to not provide service after 5 minutes of the appointment start time and will be considered a no-show.

TAN LINES

males of any age are required to wear undergarments (speedos, or underwear) during their appointment. Any client under the age of 18 will need to have an adult present at the time of appointment to sign liability waiver.

AFTER HOURS

any services booked after hours will be subject to an additional $10 fee.

REFUNDS

all single tans, packages, and retail item purchases are non-refundable.
